Rejected claims from CMOS "MISSING OR INVALID BILLING PROVIDER"

I've had a few people reach out that have had claims rejecting to CMOs and Medicaid for the following similar error:
System Messages
Code 562 - MISSING OR INVALID BILLING PROVIDER NPI FOR GA MEDICAID - Rendering Provider
Was able to talk to a CareSource Provider Rep about the issue (thanks Marco) .. And from the examples I've seen it's believed that because Medicaid uploads the 7400 file twice a week to the CMOS, the data (even though Medicaid had sent notifications of approval) had not been received yet from these group applications to connect the providers to process claims.
Some are seeing the rejections of claims that were submitted before July 1st, however seems the systems were changed before then.
Some are seeing rejections of dates of service before July 1st. Doesn't matter the date of service, it matters when they received it.
Once you get your email confirmation from Medicaid that the application has processed, wait a week and then send claims. We've had results from various providers with waiting and resubmitting so far.
If your claims have already denied due to processing, meaning you have a claim number from CareSource and it was actually processed by the CMO, not rejected by the clearing house, you might need to appeal each claim online.
