Georgia Medicaid "Rendering Provider Not A Member"

If you are finding this error code for claims submitted to Georgia Medicaid

AND YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR GROUP APPLICATION

Then you need to add your provider to the group like this:

Be logged in under the provider who’s claims are denying. 

Go here

Click add

ENTER YOUR GROUP NPI AND CLICK SEARCH

Once you click search it will find the payee number and display it below. Make sure you put the effective date back to the dos the claims are denying. Click Accept and Save NOT Add

Once you click save, it will display this at the top

Medicaid states it will be processing group affiliations nightly.
