Dianna Watkins started Billing Therapy Solutions, LLC in 2006, with the idea that any provider should be given helpful resources and education to continue what they do best, provide services to their clients. We are here to help with tasks of paperwork or office management stress via consulting and billing services. We hold to the belief that providers should understand how medical billing systems work in the ever changing field so they can make the best decisions for their business.
With over 20 years experience in a variety of practices, we have been helping providers begin, build and protect their businesses in every aspect.

Seth Kesler
Seth has worked with BTS since 2018. His strong suit is transcription, which helps therapists in particular keep on track. His boss 'Upa' often demands breaks with catnip, but otherwise usually supportive of his efforts.

Claire has worked with BTS since 2020. She does an amazing job of processing authorizations among numerous other tasks we throw her way. 'Barney' and 'Baby Love' are her team managers to cheer her on.
